Tom Devine, Government Accountability Project Legal Director and '80 alum, was quoted in the Associated Press on a federal appeals court ruling taking away civil service protection for government employee whistle-blowers employed in national security positions.

Tom Devine says the appeals court has given agencies "a blank check to cancel all government accountability in civil service law."
