Housing Blog 2016
Below you will find a list of housing opportunities and resources supplied by alumni, students and friends of the School of Law. We requested information on housing that is affordable, safe and conveniently located to the School of Law (particularly housing in DC itself, so that incoming students can establish residency by their second year in order to save on tuition.) However, please note that the School of Law is not in a position to vet these listings and we post them here for your information only. We make no guarantee as to their safety or desirability. (N.B. Since a new out-of-state law student can establish residency in DC for their second year if they rent in DC before beginning their first year, and because in-state tuition is currently $11,000 less per year, not including the extra cost of commuting a longer distance, you would have to find an out of District room that is AT LEAST $600 less per month to make living out of the District financially worthwhile!)
