Roy Balleste

Professor Roy Balleste is the Law Library Director & Assistant Professor of Law at the Charles N. and Hilda H. M. Mason Law Library at the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Jacksonville University, Florida, the Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, Florida, the Master of Arts in Library Science from the University of South Florida, and the Master of Laws in Intercultural Human Rights (Cum Laude) from St. Thomas University School of Law, Florida. Helen Frazer

Helen Frazer is the Associate Director of the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law's Mason Law Library. She has worked as a reference and government documents law school librarian, a law teacher, attorney, and judicial law clerk. She has an M.L.S. from the University of Maryland, an M.A. from the University of Southern California, a J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, and an LL.M. from Yale Law School. She is the author of Distance Learning in Legal Education: Implications of Frame Relay Videoconferencing, 8 ALB. L.J. SCI. & TECH. 305-335 (1998).

Joshua Garnett

Joshua Garnett is the Technical Support Specialist at the Mason Law Library.

John Jensen is the Cataloging Librarian at the Mason Law Library.

Gail Mathapo

Gail Mathapo is the Circulation Librarian at the Mason Law Library.

Cynthia Myers

Cynthia A. Myers is the Acquisitions Librarian at the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law's Mason Law Library. She received her MLS from the Univerisity of Pittsburgh School of Library and Information Science and her JD from the John Marshall Law School. Ms. Myers served as a Cataloging Librarian at the National Library of Medicine as well as the Acquisitions Librarian at both the Loyola (Chicago) Law Library and most recently, the University of Pittsburgh Barco Law Library.

Han Ouyang

Han Ouyang is the Assistant Director of Technical Services and oversees library acquisitions, cataloging, serials, database maintenance, etc. Han received her MLIS from Brigham Young University and both her Certificate of Medical Psychology and BA from West China University of Medical Sciences. Before she came to David A. Clarke School of Law Library, she worked for a law firm for almost five years and various libraries for eight years. Lewis Perry is the Network Administrator for the School of Law.

Priscilla Pinkney

Priscilla Pinkney is the Mason Law Library's Staff Assistant for Acquisitions.

Willaim Thomas William Thomas

William Thomas began working in the Mason Law Library as a work-study student and joined the full-time staff in July, 2004 as a Public Services Technician. He returned to school in 2001, in order to expand his knowledge after running a successful vending business. He is currently a student in the University of the District of Columbia Department of Education, studying early childhood education.

Kim Walker

Kim Walker is a Serials Technician for the Mason Law Library. Ms. Walker's principle duties entail the check-in and processing of all new serial items for the Law Library. In addition, Ms. Walker oversees the binding of the law journal collection. She has been employed at the School of Law for six years. Kim worked for Tele Sec before she joined the Law Library staff.

Marvin Williams

Marvin A. Williams is currently assigned to the Mason Law Library as a Technical Services Technician. He received a Masters in Media Instructional Systems in 1984 from UDC. Prior to joining the School of Law staff he was assigned to The Learning Resources Division Media unit and the University Cable station for a total of twenty-three years. His external interests are World Militias, Political Trends, and Grass Root Organizations.
