GLBT
- GAYLAW
GAYLAW is an independent, non-partisan bar association serving gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender lawyers, law students, and legal professionals in the national capital area. GAYLAW works to advance the interests of the GLBT community, to be their voice within the legal community, and to improve their professional lives. An affiliate to the National Lesbian and Gay Law Association.
- Minority Corporate Counsel Association
The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) published a collection of articles and research reports examining how sexual orientation affects lawyers in law firms and law departments. It is entitled "Perspectives from the Invisible Bar: Gays and Lesbians in the Profession."
- NALP Reference Desk
NALP is a national association for law placement recruiters and professionals. The GLBT committee has compiled a list of resources that are available through the NALP website. Those resources include a contact list by topic area, and an annotated bibliography. The bibliography includes links to ACLU projects, GLADD, the Human Rights Campaign, Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, the Servicemembers’ Legal Defense Network, the National Lesbian and Gay Law Association, and Gay Work, among others. Regarding military recruitment on campus, the NALP web site also includes a list of web sites on this issue (click on "Solomon Amendment Task Force").

The NLGLA is a national association of lawyers, judges and other legal professionals, law students, activists, and affiliated lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender legal organizations. NLGLA promotes justice in and through the legal profession for the LGBT community in all its diversity. NLGLA also sponsors the annual Lavender Law Conference, which includes a career fair.
