Ann Bishop Richardson
Associate Dean for Academic Affairs

Dean Richardson became Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at UDC-DCSL in 1998. She had previously been the Co-director of the School of Law's Public Entitlements Clinic, and, at Antioch, the Deputy Clinic Director. Dean Richardson has an extensive career in international and community development. She has been CEO of the African Development Foundation; she was for five years the Chief Administrative Officer of the Peace Corps; she also served as assistant to the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program in Yaounde, Cameroun; and as a student counselor at American Friends of the Middle East in Beirut, Lebanon.
Just prior to returning to the law school, Dean Richardson served as CEO and General Counsel of the Time Dollar Institute, a D.C. non-profit corporation. She has also been an associate in the Washington law firm Karr & McLain.
