Discussion topics will include financial benefits (e.g., pay scale, raises, awards, insurance), career advancement (e.g., details, promotions, continuing education/training), intangible benefits (e.g,, travel, discounts, gym membership, personal satisfaction, affinity groups), and available resources for acquiring additional information.
