Students must apply annually for financial assistance. All financial aid applicants must complete the UDC-DCSL Financial Aid Application annually. Both first-time and continuing loan borrowers must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Assistance (FAFSA). UDC-DCSL's FAFSA Code is B08083.
The U.S. Department of Education and/or UDC-DCSL selected your file for “Verification”. The Office of Financial Aid must compare information from your FAFSA with this completed worksheet, 2012 Federal Income Tax Returns and other financial documents.
Applicants for need based and contribution potential scholarships are required to complete the NEED ACCESS Scholarship Application available on-line from the Access Group.
Optional form for students with special circumstances, i.e., child care or medical issues, significant change in income from reported in the FAFSA base year.
