This is a public forum for the consideration of the questions:

1. What are the foreseeable impacts on low-income legal clients and other vulnerable populations of a Trump Administration in the context of Republican control of Congress and, at some point, the US Supreme Court?

2. Who are our most vulnerable clients and populations?

3. What steps can and should concerned citizens and public interest attorneys take to mitigate any negative impacts?

4. What potential opportunities do you foresee?

Your responses (which may be edited) will be included in materials shared with participants in our forthcoming public forum on this topic. As the School of Law is a public entity, we ask that posters please refrain from partisan comments. Also, we ask that all posters strive to be constructive and polite! THANK YOU!
