Subject: RE: Seeking Housing for UDC Law Students!

Joe,

I would like to participate in the housing program for law students.  Although I live in Virginia, the environment is conducive to the success of a law student.   In response to your questionnaire:

The address is Herkimer Street in Annandale, VA 22003, a townhouse.

The monthly rent is $850 per month. The security deposit is $850. Electricity, phone and  water are included.  Cable and heat would be billed on a monthly basis. I do not have WiFi. There is a private bathroon, shared kitchen with dishwasher and laundry room.  The backyard (very small) is landscaped so no mowing is required.  The location is a 40 minute drive to the Van Ness campus. There is an express bus to the Pentagon metro station or the East Falls Church metro is convenient to the house. The cost of Uber from DC can range from $20 - $30. This is free and accessible parking in front of the door.

No smokers or pets, please.

The neighborhood is very quiet on a dead end street, safe for a student who may keep irregular hours. Grocery stores and pharmacies are very convenient to the location.

I would appreciate a quiet student.  No recreational drug use.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Regards,
