Dear Joe,

I have a condo that I rent out on the red line, it is not in DC but close enough for a commuter and I've always kept the rent really reasonable.  I am attaching a craigslist ad link but here is the questionnaire. There are currently two rooms available and they share a bathroom.

12203 Braxfield Court, #6, Rockville MD 20852

No pets, no smoking, no gender preferences

1 mile walk to either Twinbrook or White Flint Metro, 2 minutes by bus which stops right outside

Probably around 30 minute (I'm guessing less) drive to the law school, parking is included

$625 per month for each room, not including cable or internet but includes everything else, there is $100 move in fee that the condo association charges, I have no control of that

The rooms share one bathroom so whoever lives there will have to share a bathroom with one other person

Security deposit is one month's rent, there is a dishwasher and shared kitchen, laundry is in one floor up in the building (they are garden style condos)

Trash is also in the building, there are no private chefs but two dens for extra storage, one room has a walk in closet other room has a closet same size but along the wall.  There is a balcony.  The condo complex has a pool, tennis courts, easy access to hiking, walking distance to Target and Montrose Crossing and ton of grocery and shopping, security guard that patrols the parking lot at night (I lived there alone and came home late night from bartending, the area is nice and safety was never a concern but knowing someone is there to make sure you get home from your car at 4 am was even better).

I prefer a one year lease but am flexible (no month to month, I'm looking for long term).

Let me know if you have any questions!
