Transcript Requests

Antioch School of Law Transcripts

Antioch College maintains all Antioch School of Law transcripts. The registrar's number is 937-769-1090. A recording at that number states that alumni wishing to order transcripts from closed campuses should send a signed letter to Antioch College Registrar, 795 Livermore St., Yellow Springs, OH 45387. The letter must include your name, dates of attendance and graduation, Social Security Number, complete home address plus the address where transcripts should be sent. Please specify if you want written evaluations included. The charge is $40 for the first copy, $15 for each additional transcript. For overnight delivery add $20. Cash, check, or credit card accepted - but, obviously, don't send cash! Include your credit card number, type (Visa/Mastercard) and expiration date.

DC School of Law and UDC David A. Clarke School of Law Transcripts

A signed School of Law Transcript Request Form (.pdf) should be mailed or faxed to the UDC-DCSL Registrar's Office. There is no charge for the first official transcript; additional copies are $5 each. Requests for official transcripts require a minimim of ten days and will be issued upon receipt of payment. Payments should be sent to:

If You Did Not Attend Law School

The University of the District of Columbia (UDC) and the David A. Clarke School of Law (UDC-DCSL) store and process academic transcripts separately. The School of Law does not have access to undergraduate or graduate transcripts.

If you are a UDC undergraduate or graduate student or alumnus, please complete the UDC Transcript Request Form (.pdf), and a money order (only) made payable to the University of the District of Columbia, in the amount of $5.00 for each copy requested, and mail to:
