Letters of Appreciation
WINSTON & STRAWN
January 17, 2002
Dear Dean Broderick:
The purpose of this memorandum is to express my overall impression and my gratitude toward one of your faculty members.
Professor Natalie Wasserman proved to be an outstanding individual and I commend her. We were recently opposing counsel in a pro bono child custody case filed in D.C. Superior Court. ...
Professor Wasserman's expertise regarding benefits for the needy and special education programs were of great help to me and I will be able to use the knowledge gained from her in subsequent cases. Although we were opposing counsel, we worked well together and obtained a result that was not only agreeable and suitable to both of our clients, but also truly in the best interest of the child.
In summary I was impressed with her and felt it important to express my feelings that you have a very dedicated and professional member on your legal and educational team. Thank you, and thank Professor Wasserman.
Sincerely,
Carey W. Fleming
Associate
