Letter of Appreciation

CREATIVEWORLD TECHNOLOGIES, LLC

June 21, 2001

Dear Dean Broderick:

It gives me great pleasure to write this letter of "praises" on behalf of Sterlin Styles. As a result of the fine work he did, I am now a registered limited liability company in the District of Columbia. Sterlin’s professional demeanor coupled with a "personal touch" made my first-time experience with the UDC Small Business Development Clinic an exceptional one. Sterlin is a serious student and a hard worker. He pays close attention to detail and sincerely cares about his clients.

Sterlin shared his in-depth knowledge of limited liability companies, operating agreements, and trademarks — freely. Whenever I had questions/concerns about "the process," he was thorough in his explanations and insisted that I clearly understand the tasks at hand. He was gracious in permitting me to bounce new ideas off him. He always responded promptly to my e-mails and phone calls. He even helped me finalize my company name — CreativeWorld Technologies. Subsequently, I will continue to seek guidance from the UDC Small Business Development Clinic as I grow my businesses.

This letter is my way of saying thanks! In my opinion, Sterlin is an asset to your organization and should be recognized for his talents and efforts.

Sincerely,

Stephanie Luster
