Sam Lieberman
Adjunct Professor of Law

This semester the labor law course is taught by Sam Lieberman, an adjunct professor who is assistant director of the legal department at the American Federation of Teachers, a national labor union based in the District. Professor Lieberman’s practice is concentrated on legal issues related to union organizing, particularly in the charter school and healthcare industries. He is also an officer in a local labor union, also based in DC. Professor Lieberman enjoys the practice of labor law very much and is looking forward to teaching a course in this unique, politically-charged, policy driven area of the law to students at UDC this semester.
