Any student who will have resided in the District of Columbia for one year by the first day of classes for spring semester (January 11, 2010) may now apply for the preferential tuition rate. To apply, students must submit the attached Declaration of Residency form and follow the instructions in the attached Residency Guidelines which provide two avenues for qualifying for resident status. Students who received resident status in the fall do not have to reapply at this time.
